TORRACCIA DEL PIANTAVIGNA
38 hectares of native vineyards in Upper Piedmont
Torraccia del Piantavigna is located in Ghemme, in Upper Piedmont, at the foot of Monte Rosa, one of Italy’s most iconic mountains. With 38 hectares of vineyards dedicated to native grape varieties such as Nebbiolo, Vespolina, and Erbaluce, the winery vinifies, ages, and bottles red, white, and rosé wines of excellent quality directly in its cellars.



FIORENTE
The 100% Italian Elderflower Liqueur
Elderflowers are handpicked at the foot of the Alps and combined with lemon zest, lemon juice, and lime juice.
All ingredients are completely natural. The elderflowers are dried and brought to the distillery, where they are infused in alcohol and left to macerate. Fresh mint leaves and lemon peel are infused separately to extract their aromas.
With its vibrant color, delicate floral notes, and fresh elderflower flavor, Fiorente is the perfect companion for mixology.
B4HUGO
Be cool
B4H embodies the modern spirit of the aperitif, perfect for social moments. With a distinctive aromatic quality and a light, refreshing, and well-balanced sweetness, this liqueur is made by infusing dried elderflowers in alcohol.
B4H is the perfect ingredient for preparing the Hugo, a classic summer cocktail made by adding sparkling wine, lime, and mint—offering a unique and refreshing taste experience.

FRATELLO
The Hazelnut and Cocoa Liqueur with Piemonte IGP
Hazelnuts Fratello is a premium liqueur made by distilling Piemonte IGP (Tonda Gentile) hazelnuts and cocoa. Its formula includes hazelnut infusion, vanilla beans from Madagascar, and elderflowers handpicked at the foothills of the nearby Alps.
Thanks to its delicious flavor, Fratello can be enjoyed neat, over ice, poured over ice cream, or mixed into a tasty cocktail.



OPAL NERA
A Liqueur with a Unique, Opalescent Black Color
Opal Nera is crafted from a delicate blend of spices, including star anise and green anise, combined with other natural ingredients such as elderberries and elderflowers, orange blossom, coriander, cinnamon, cloves, and Sicilian lemons.
Blended together, they create a perfectly balanced and velvety liqueur. The elderberries give Opal Nera its distinctive deep black-violet color, rich and intense.

NOVEIS
The Fabulous 1960s
Noveis is a mountain located between Valsesia and Valsessera, in Upper Piedmont, near our company’s headquarters. During the summer, its slopes are covered with a rich and colorful alpine flora. In the 1950s, inspired by the abundance of local roots and herbs, the Francoli family created its first liqueur: Amaro Noveis.
The Noveis liqueur range is named after this special place, a symbol of authenticity, tradition, and sincerity that defines the region. Each liqueur tells a true story and reflects a deep love for the local roots that shape our craft.
PROSCIUTTO SAINT MARCEL
The Aosta Valley, in the heart of the Alps, is an extraordinary alchemical laboratory where herbs have been carefully selected, harvested, and used for centuries to create exquisite gastronomic specialties. The pure and healthy environment of this region contributes to the unique quality of its local products.
In 1985, La Valdôtaine revived an ancient and refined recipe to produce Prosciutto Crudo Saint Marcel. Honoring local traditions, this mountain herb-infused cured ham offers a distinctive flavor that tells the story and culinary heritage of the Aosta Valley.
